Salary: £33,000 - £39,000

We are looking for a highly experienced Registered Care Home Manager to spearhead our client's team in delivering exceptional care for their residents with complex care needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, exceptional leadership skills, and an unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse care environment. As a Registered Care Home Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing best practices, while also providing guidance to the care staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management)
  • A proven track record as a Care Home Manager, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of complex care requirements.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse care team.
  • A steadfast commitment to advocating diversity, equality, and inclusion within the care home setting.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory mandates and best practices in care home management.
