The Recruitment Solution (TRS) are a specialist automotive recruitment consultancy, with an office based in Chingford, and consultants working from home. Due to recent expansion, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with current or previous automotive experience.
Whilst previous automotive experience is important, we also look for the following attributes:

- Be ambitious and creative, able to find solutions
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies at one time
- Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and clients
- Confident to meet candidates and clients in person when required

- Excellent administration skills
- A quick learner
