Description
- Liaising with clients and their stakeholders on daily basis
- Dealing with tenant applications
- Identify Asset Management opportunities - lease re-gearing, refurbishment and redevelopment, lease surrenders, dilapidation's, assist with various internal and external teams on these matters.
- Assist with preparing reports for client meetings
- Liaising with various teams to ensure maintenance contracts are followed and managed
- Recognizing , instructing and managing jobs with Client's dedicated FM provider.
- Liaising with property management accounts team on production of budgets and managing budgets/expenditure accordingly.
- Liaising with property administrators for arrears recovery, setting up new properties, completing change notes, updating the Helpdesk and Tramps, etc.
- Due diligence for disposals
- Reporting to Clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring day to day issues are addressed and resolved in a cost effective manner mitigating Client expenditure at all times
Profile
Experience in site inspections and able to work alone on site while adhering to lone working policies.
- IOSH qualified as a minimum standard and has a good understanding of H&S
- An understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law is beneficial
- Good working knowledge of Health and safety procedures
- Previous experience of managing commercial property
- Previous use of and good understanding of Tramps and Meridian systems (or similar)
- Full clean driving licence is mandatory, and a willingness to travel to cover a large geographical portfolio of inspections.
