The Resilience Risk Specialist - Data and Change will play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing the Bank's Resilience Risk Framework, providing critical oversight and support in manageing risks across the bank.

- Assess and challenge the effectiveness of data protection systems and controls
- Maintain robust records of framework, responsibilities, and risk assessments
- Provide oversight and challenge with a focus on data risks
- Support risk and control process assessments, incident management, and regulatory reporting
- Promote risk awareness and effective risk management culture
Required knowledge and experience for the Resilience Risk Specialist - Data and Change role:
- Strong track record in risk and control within Financial Services
- Expert knowledge of Data Risk, including data protection, governance, and architecture
- Understanding of data protection frameworks such as UK GDPR and Data Protection Act
- Experience in IT solutions, privacy, and change delivery
