Accounts Payable Administrator

£18 per hour (umbrella)
Full Time Contract (3 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator in Barnet. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer mostly remote working.
The job:
- Creation of suppliers from online and offline requests; Amendment of supplier details from service area requests
- Liaise with service areas on supplier creation and amendments
- Purchase order maintenance
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues promptly and professionally
The candidate:
- 2-3 years Accounts Payable Oracle (preferably Oracle Fusion) experience is required
- Kefron OCR scanning solution experience desirable
- Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the public sector is desirable
