The One Group are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a successful & established business in Peterborough on a full time, 9 month fixed term contract.
This role is to cover a maternity leave and therefore is likely to last between 9-12 months and will see you working 8.45am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.45am to 4.00pm on a Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting supplier invoices and credit notes
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Matching and coding of invoices
- Reconciling company credit cards
- Preparation of timely payment to suppliers
- Preparation of invoice accruals
It is essential that you have experience in an accounts payable role to be successful with this position, and you will need to bring forward good Excel skills.
