About the Role
A newly created Senior Counsel position, reporting to the General Counsel, working closely with two other lawyers and a Trainee. Working to support some of the companies in the portfolio, you will be involved in varied commercial contracts, corporate advisory and risk advisory work, in a broad commercial setting. Other matters to cross the desk on an ad hoc basis may include commercial property (leases), procurement and TUPE matters. This is a remote role requiring occasional presence in London.
About You
You will have significant commercial experience blended with corporate know-how, having qualified in practice in England & Wales. As a guide, the role is deemed suitable for lawyers with 6-8 PQE but candidates with more or less experience will be readily considered on their merits. Any in-house exposure in addition to the practice experience will be a bonus.
