Internal Sales

SF Recruitment are recruiting for an internal sales executive to join our clients team in the Birmingham City Centre (B19)

£26,000 - £27,000 per annum + Bonus
Hybrid
Great location (ideal for both drivers and public transport users)

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and adapt to customer needs.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Act as the communication link between customers and the specification team.
Work with Internal sales teams daily to follow up on quotes and boost conversion rates.
Gather additional project details and research major project influencers.
Handle sample requests
Respond to enquiries
Resolve customer queries and complaints.
Analyse CRM data to identify unchased projects.
Generate new sales
Work with the Estimating team to ensure accurate and timely schedules for clients.

Skills and Qualifications:
Experienced customer service candidates will be considered!
Excellent customer service and phone skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Motivated, organised, and able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Experience in managing accounts and building relationships to increase turnover.
Team player who can inspire colleagues to deliver excellent service and results.
