COMPLIANCE CO-ORDINATOR

Compliance Coordinator

Objectives:

  • Schedule all statutory compliance orders for the portfolio
  • Provide internal and external stakeholders excellent communication and exact information in a helpful manner.
  • Provide data on portfolio compliance, broken down into commodities.
  • Provide excellent customer and efficient customer service.
  • Ensure first time resolutions are offered for statutory compliance matters.
  • To assess and ensure commodities are compliant by the statutory timeframes.
  • Support with building/fire safety matters, helping with the adaptation of our operations and processes.
  • To meet the needs of a changing landscape and new legal requirements with the support of the Head of Technical Services and Compliance Manager
  • To ensure compliance processes are fully understood and followed to provide assurance all is fully.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop contractual relationship and services provided by specialist H&S and Fire Safety consultants.
  • Support functional managers in compliance strategies and review the progress of compliance activities.
  • Be aware of and update the Building Safety Tracker as directed.
  • Support with external wall system/cladding remediation projects.
  • Maintain and update records of all external wall system issues and remediation projects.
  • Assist with electronic data and ensure e-mails and calls are responded within 24hrs.
  • Liaise directly with Compliance Manager as necessary to progress any task, project and meet deadlines.
  • Raise contract orders being cautious of s.20 regulations.
  • Proactively raise contract orders on an annual basis and meet compliance function.
  • Assist with compliance policies and processes are in line with current legislation and best practice.
  • Alert Compliance Manager of any non-compliance matters that may arise.
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure all data input and programme management is of the highest standard.
  • Upload and monitor the data into our compliance systems and work with relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Closely liaise with suppliers to ensure an open dialogue is maintained whilst always gaining full information.
