Job Title: Temporary HR Administrator (Immediate Start) // 6 Months FTC // Liverpool based

We are currently seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to support a busy business during a high-demand period on a 6 months FTC basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to gain experience in HR while assisting with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the HR team with administrative duties, including data entry, updating employee records, and managing correspondence.
  • Assisting with recruitment tasks such as arranging interviews and processing documentation.
  • Maintaining and organizing HR files to ensure compliance.
  • Providing general administrative support across the department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative HR role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
