Plasterer - Social Housing
Location: Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey
£36,000 p/a - PAYE
One of our property maintenance clients are currently looking for NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) Plasterers, to join their growing team on a PAYE basis, to carry out reactive and planned works across Staines and the surrounding TW postcode area of Surrey, in a Social Housing environment.
Salary of £36,000 per annum for the right candidates, and operatives will be provided with a company Van and Fuel Card, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays - total 33), a matched Pension scheme, and other company benefits.
Day to day duties:
- Carrying out reactive repairs in unoccupied/ occupied properties
- Responsible for duties to include but not limited to - Preparing and plastering wall, boarding, bonding , rendering, Skimming
- Providing high levels of customer care at all times
Role Criteria:
- A trade qualification in Plastering - Essential due to end client requirements, time served will NOT be accepted
- Hold a Full UK Driving License
- Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills
