We are looking for an experienced account execuitve with excellent customer service skills to join a well - established company in the mansfield area
The role of Account Executive will involve:
- Handling incoming calls and email enquiries from business clients
- Capturing relevant information in order to approach the market for relevant and competitive quotations.
- Managing service delivery from brief to completion
- Supplying quotations to clients via telephone and email - answering any queries
- Liasing with internal departments including warehouse and distribution
- Managing existing clients - answering queries and updating accounts
- Dealing with client adjustments
- Processing new policies and managing credit agreements
- Ah-hoc admin duties as required
The ideal candidate for the role of Account Executive will have:
- Previous account management experience
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships and liaise at all levels
- Computer literate with a good level of MS Office skills
