Contracts Administrator

The Company

An expanding, global business with headquarters in Buckinghamshire, are looking for a contracts administrator to join their team in Wooburn Green. An exciting opportunity to join a thriving business who keep going from strength to strength and are a well respected competitor in the market.

The Role

This is a role that requires a great deal of initiative and autonomy, ensuring that service contracts and finance agreements are acceptable and in line with all SLAs. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing the profitability of contracts
  • Determining any additions or reductions to agreements
  • Working with Sales and Projects teams to calculate increases
  • Sourcing quotes for Third-party Agreements, Software Support and Subscriptions
  • Invoicing the maintenance agreement
  • Reporting invoicing figures
  • Won & lost report

About You

  • We are looking for an individual who has experience dealing with contracts and finance or in a similar role, ideally within an engineering environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work on your own
  • IT literacy, particularly MS Office and CRM systems

The Package

  • Salary: £27,000pa - £30,000pa DOE.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holiday.
