Job Title: Town Planner

My client is looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Planner or Town Planner to join a growing team.

My client works on a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, providing clients with expert guidance throughout the planning process.
The Role:
As an Assistant Planner or Town Planner at, you will:
- Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications.
- Conduct site appraisals and provide planning advice to clients.
- Liaise with local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Support the senior team in delivering strategic planning solutions.
- Monitor the progress of applications and assist in responding to consultations.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant planning experience, preferably within a consultancy or local authority.
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- A-Levels at B and above
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system and London-specific planning policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
