Macildowie Finance are excited to be partnering with a fantastic, fast-paced, highly acquisitive business based in Leicester. There has been significant business growth over the last 12 months and even more planned for the upcoming year, as such, they are looking to recruit for an FP&A Analyst to support the business through the next stage of growth and transition.
This company is proven to develop and grow their employees, with the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of sub-areas within finance. There are a number of employees who have progressed through different roles during their time with the business.
They are also a very flexible business to work for, with 2 days being office based and 3 working from home.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Supporting on budgets and forecasts across the business
- Assisting with monthly management and board reports
- Developing relationships across all levels of the business with a variety of stakeholders
- Reviewing and analysing key performance metrics, analysing areas of variance
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Part Qualified/Finalist ACCA/CIMA
- Experience of business partnering in previous finance roles
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Able to adapt and flex working styles
