Our client is a global organisation supporting the marine industry through its specialist teams that service electronic and mechanical equipment around the world. The require a Service Co-ordinator to join their busy team in Crawley, you will join a close knit, busy and friendly team.
Main Duties
- Provide excellent customer service – responding promptly to customer enquiries and/or requests for onsite repairs.
- Ensure technicians and engineers are scheduled to sites in the UK
- Keep customers updated and provide a positive customer service
- Keep technicians and engineers informed of any changes to their weekly working schedule
- Ensure spare parts are available for every job via collaboration with inventory team
- Ensure invoices, record keeping and administrative duties are completed in a timely manner
- Some out of hours and weekend rotations may be required
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- First class customer service and administrative skills required
- Client focussed ensuring the best outcome for customers
- Strong knowledge of MS office
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Be able to commute reliably to Crawley
Salary and Benefits
- £27-29K
- Hours: 9am – 5pm Mon-Fri
