We are recruiting for a leading aircraft crew seating and executive jet passenger seating, with a growing presence in the electrical galley insert sector.
Due to growth, they are looking for an electrical assembler to join their team.
Duties:
- To read wiring diagrams, cut wires, solder, crimp and assemble accordingly
- To test products to the customer and company requirements
- To fault find and repair products to customer and company requirements
- Assemble major riveted structures
- Assemble minor and major mechanical assemblies
- To carry out riveting of assemblies
- To carry out electrical sub-assemblies
- Strip down and repair customer returned products
- To read engineering drawings and assemble products to quality requirements
Requirements
- Ability to use hand tools, including rivet pliers/gun
- Experience in electrical assemblies
- Ability to read engineering and wiring diagrams
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
This role Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am to 13:00pm.
This role pays up to £14.61 depending on experience.
