We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator for a well-established forward-thinking client in the Swindon area, this is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to join a well-established business.

Job title: Accounts Administrator

Duration: Temporary position – 30 to 35 hours a week

The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for raising sales ledger invoices on Sage 50.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Raising sales ledger invoices on Sage 50
  • Using Excel to update invoice summaries.
  • Using the company traffic system to check for POD's (proof of deliveries).
  • Price checking of summaries with tariffs that accompany the invoices.
  • Sending monthly statements
  • Investigating queries
  • Interacting with other departments as well as customers
  • Answering the phone
  • Filing
  • Sending out invoices on a weekly basis

The ideal candidate must have Sage experience and experience working in a similar role.
