Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our clients customer service team based in Nottingham.
Role Overview:
- Support existing customers with various queries and payment options.
- Engage with customers through multiple channels including phone and email.
- Manage customer relationships.
Skills & Experience:
- Background in financial services (Desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive in offering solutions and finding the best outcomes for customers.
- Comfortable discussing sensitive issues and managing expectations.
- Good organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Great listening skills.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Good IT skills.
