Senior Finance Analyst
£55,000 - £65,000 + benefits
Parking on Site - Hybrid Working (2-3 days in office per week)

We Do Group are partnering with a global consumer brand that has recently experienced significant growth and are now seeking to hire a Senior Finance Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract. The company have an established name in the industry and are known as the best in class! This role will suit a qualified candidate with experience working in a commercial, analytical environment previously.
The Role
This is a broad senior analyst role which will report into an impressive and supportive Commercial Finance Manager and will involve the following:
- Prepare and present financial information to support decision-making across the international business. Manage monthly reporting decks and ad hoc projects.
- Manage accounting and forecasting for central budget holders.
- Oversee the annual operating plan process for the division, including revenue and expenditure (operating & capital) across all international offices.
- Review revenue and analyse variances against forecasts.
- Identify and quantify risks, trends, and opportunities in all forecasts and plans.
- Monitor headcount and vacancies, ensuring consistency within relevant finance systems.
- Track commissions and report performance against commercial terms and schemes.
- Maintain, develop, and improve international direct reporting, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with in-market finance and commercial teams to ensure adherence to financial procedures and controls.
- Perform other duties as required, additional tasks may be assigned.
Your Profile
We are looking for a fun character who can not only engage in a team environment but can work autonomously and manage their personal workload. This role will involve stakeholder engagement, so communication skills are a must
- Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Experience in a commercial finance/FP&A position
- Strong academic background
Salary & Benefits
£55,000-£65,000 plus wider benefits including generous holiday allowance. The business operate a true hybrid policy with 2-3 days per week in their Chertsey, Surrey office with parking on site.
