Finance Administrator

Job Overview:

We're recruiting for an experienced administrator with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to join our Finance Department.

Duties include:

  • Inputting of supplier invoices
  • Analysis of various data
  • Answering supplier enquiries
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Reception cover
  • Dealing with Residents and their family's queries
  • Inputting Resident's admissions & discharges on the system for your set homes.
  • Ensuring that the fee rates and dates are correct and match the purchase orders.
  • Ensuring Self-Funding contracts are signed with the correct dates and fee rates and that payments are taken up front when necessary.
  • Maintaining the Homes spread sheets and various weekly reports.
  • Production of the Homes invoices for month end and raising adhoc invoices and credits if required.
  • Ensuring that all Month End deadlines are met.
  • Understanding of GDPR.
  • Taking card payments
  • Issuing refunds

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Maths & English GCSE
  • Finance Background
  • AAT preferable
  • Good knowledge of excel
  • Attention to detail - Essential
  • Excellent organisational Skills

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.

This is a fully office based role, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
