The practice is keen to recruit a Senior Associate/Legal Director to the team. This is a Senior hire for the firm, and you will play an important role in the growth of its Corporate offering throughout Kent .

As a Senior Corporate Lawyer in the department, your responsibilities will include advising on buy side and sell side transactions, along with other general corporate transactions such as reorganisations and corporate joint ventures.
