Warwick, Hybrid 3 days in the office per week

Up to £37,000 plus benefits

Working for a UK manufacturing business, this is a great opportunity for someone to have full ownership of the ER process, supported by the HR Manager when needed, but ultimately, you will have the opportunity to own ER for the business.

You will be responsible for complex cases including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, and investigations. You will provide advice, guidance, coaching and support to managers and be an expert on UK employment law, handling sensitive cases on occasions. Being responsible for policy development as well as training managers where needed to educate to minimise risk, you will enjoy communicating with all levels of the business.

For this role you will have had experience with complex cases previously, ideally in a unionised environment and will be able to lead ER cases from start to finish. Minimum CIPD level 5 is ideal, and you will have ideally had some experience in a manufacturing or similar blue collar environment. You'll be a strong relationship builder, have a pragmatic approach and enjoy UK employment law.

On site 3 days a week with travel to other sites likely to be once a month and in very busy times once a week, this is a role you can manage your own diary, utilising flexitime. To be considered for this role, please apply online today.
