Receptionist / Administrator

Are you a skilled receptionist/administrator looking for a temporary opportunity in Inverness? Join our corporate client's team in Cradlehall and be the first point of contact for their clients and staff there.

Earn £12-£13 per hour, Monday-Friday 9-5, initially for around a month but with the view to be extended.

What you'll do day to day:

  • Preparing meeting rooms for appointments and events
  • Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls
  • Providing general reception duties, including greeting guests and managing deliveries
  • Preparing teas and coffees for meeting
  • Supporting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings

What you'll come with to be successful:

  • Previous expereince in an administrative or reception role
  • Welcoming and friendly personality
  • Well organised
