Our third-party client is seeking a housing property Officer to join their team. This is a temporary role with an initial duration of 12 weeks, with the potential for extension based on workload.
Position Details:
- Hourly Rate: £13.27
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to prepare them for the leasing process, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Lead customers through the lease signing process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Manage the Furniture Leasing Scheme and ensure systems and partner records are accurately updated after lease signing.
- Actively address queries from colleagues, customers, and partners.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in delivering public services to high standards.
- Ability to work independently, using initiative to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience dealing with the public in sensitive and challenging situations.
- Strong organizational skills to meet demanding deadlines.
