Maintenance Electrician
with a robust background in building services to join our leading property services team in the heart of Westminster. This permanent position offers the chance to showcase your expertise in electrical repairs and maintenance, ensuring the safety and functionality of our esteemed properties.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues with precision and efficiency.
- Perform routine installations and repairs, guaranteeing excellence on the first attempt.
- Provide reliable on-call support for unexpected emergencies.
- Maintain a proactive approach to building safety and electrical standards.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
- Current certification in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Inspection and testing qualifications (2391 or equivalent 2394 & 2395).
- A full UK driving licence (company van provided).
