The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 4 Teacher for September 2024. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning atmosphere, delivering engaging and creative lessons, and helping every child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of a Year 4 Teacher:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to enhance the educational experience for all pupils.
- Participate actively in professional development opportunities.
Requirements of a Year 4 Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching at the primary level, preferably Year 4.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- The ability to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities.
