Greenford (Hybrid role, working 2 days from home and 3 days from an office in Greenford)

Interested candidates...

  • MUST have worked in an office based customer services type role previously dealing with lots of admin relating to customer services, as well as building strong working relationships with customers.
  • MUST have dealt with admin relating to order processing

In this role you will...

  • Work for a successful, growing and expanding organisation that have a reputation of excellence.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work as part of a busy team, being one of the main points of contact for Customers/Clients in order to process high value sales orders from prestigious clients all the way through to delivery of the order and providing an aftercare service to clients.
  • Dealing with queries right the way through to resolution.
  • Review the status of the clients relationship against KPI's and identify any risk areas
  • Detail quotations to clients including bespoke quotations
  • Other related admin, such as typing general correspondence and emails, updating the database with all correspondence and conversations as well as emailing confirmations to clients and supporting the team with coordinator type activities
