An excellent opportunity to join an ambitious global (re)insurance company in London, focusing on operational risk and controls in the UK and European markets. Due to growth within the risk management function you will be involved in initiatives across the enterprise on both a strategic and operational level. There will also be exposure to work with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise across other locations. The successful candidate will have experience in global Operational Risk, ideally within the Insurance/Reinsurance industry, implementing risk governance and control processes and other second line of defence risk management measures. You will have the ability to review corporate governance and risk management frameworks to identify control weaknesses and formulate recommendations for improvements. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills will be required.
