They are also at the helm of three premier review websites in the care sector. As an internet company experiencing rapid growth, they manage a wealth of data. They are on the lookout for a team member who can effectively liaise with their various departments, delve into the depths of this data, and unearth insights that could further accelerate their business expansion.
Your new role
- Creating Power BI dashboards and reports to provide answers and uncover insights
- Collaborating with department heads to grasp and fulfil their analytical requirements; delivering reports that evaluate the effectiveness of their operations
- Generating comprehensive business analysis for the weekly internal managers' meetings and the monthly briefings to our American owners
- Providing specific assistance to the Sales department
- Assisting with monthly sales forecasting and budget modelling
- Undertaking in-depth analysis projects to enhance value for the CFO/COO, using a robust statistical methodology
- Working on data pipelines to connect our production database with our analytical warehouse
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficient in SQL and upstream data manipulation skills (given the complexity of our databases)
- Power BI: Expertise in advanced DAX data modelling and measures, along with a solid understanding of data visualisation principles
- Conducting analyses such as uplift vs benchmarks, AB tests, segmentations, etc. Knowledgeable in statistics
- Collaborating with key stakeholders: fostering relationships, managing projects, and delivering concise presentations
- Proactive professional, assumes responsibility, resolves problems, and exhibits exceptional attention to detail
