Purchasing Administrator

We're recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join a fast paced and busy company based in Worthing. You'll be creating and developing reports for supply chain analysis and maintaining product data.

As a Purchasing Administrator your role will include:

  • Analysing, monitoring and reporting supplier leads
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Managing and creating product data
  • Analysing, cross referencing and integration of products and purchasing data and reports
  • Reviewing and resolving any discrepancies with supplier invoices, claims or quality issues
  • Conducting purchasing analysis and reports

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Previous experience in a Purchasing role or similar
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Excel

This is a full time permanent position based in Worthing working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. This role is fully office based on an annual salary between £28,000 up to £32,000 dependent on skills and experience.
