Role: Entry - Level Data Analysis Location: Shrewsbury / Remote. Salary: Up to £23,000 (depending on age and experience).
My client, an engineering company based in Shrewsbury, is recruiting for an Entry-Level Automation Specialist to join their Business Intelligence & Automation team. This position comes with a range of responsibilities, and additional training and support will be provided for the right candidate. The main focus of the role will be on automating business processes using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and T-SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions.
- Identifying automation opportunities.
- Training other team members from different departments on automation technologies.
Essential Skills:
- A-Level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject (IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for technology.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Experience with SQL, Azure, and Microsoft Power (would be a significant advantage).
The role is primarily remote, but occasional travel to the office for meetings is required. Benefits include 22 days of annual leave, a pension, and training opportunities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
