My client is a reputable engineering firm based in Shepshed who is looking for a sales administrator/ internal sales professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
The role
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Outbound care calls to customers
- Handling email enquiries
- Providing quotes
- Processing orders
- Boost engagement with the customer base
The candidate
- Previous sales/ sales admin experience preferable although not essential
- Bubbly and comfortable talking to people
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident and a great track record of speaking with a customer base
