Office Manager -University - Temporary Ongoing

As the Office Manager this will offer ,an interesting and varied leadership role, where you will have the opportunity to work with senior leaders, supporting them to lead the University and achieve the ambition of our 2030 Strategy. .

The Office Manager for the Principal's Office is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient and effective office operations. The role involves supervising the administrative support team, managing the Catering Assistant, and providing exceptional Executive Assistant support to the Vice-Principals or Principal as needed.

The Office Manager sets an example for the team and maintains high standards and be an exceptional professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead the administrative support team, including line managing Executive Assistants to the Vice Principals.

Catering Management: Oversee the Catering Assistant for the Principal's Office.

Executive Support: Provide exceptional Executive Assistant support to Vice-Principals or Principal when required by the Chief of Staff.

Role Model: Demonstrate expected behaviours for the Principal's Office Executive Assistants.
