Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education). With at least 2 years of teaching experience, you'll be passionate about fostering a love of learning in our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide targeted support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education).
- Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for inspiring and motivating students
