We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Butcher who would be interested in running and managing a retail outlet based within a popular outdoor agricultural supplier.
This exciting opportunity to run and manage your own small outlet is fully financed by a large well known food company who will provide the produce, training and everything you will need to grow the store and make it a success. Offering a generous salary and including profit share as the business grows.
Responsibilities:
- Organising deliveries and produce
- Growing the business & recruitment of an additional staff member
- Serving customers
- Weighing and cutting meats
- Receiving & organizing deliveries
- Cash handling & customer Service.
About You:
- Must have - previous Butcher experience
- Organized and methodical
- Passionate about food and growing a business.
The shop will be open 7 days per week and you will be working 5/6 days over 7 each week initially whilst increasing revenue with a generous salary of £34-£36kpa.
