Description
As an Interim Company Commercial Solicitor you'll:
- Advise companies of all sized from start up to striking off
- Advise on company law matters such as share allotments, transfers, re classifications, and reductions
- Draft board minutes, resolutions, and various companies house documents
- Assist in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including various contracts and agreements
- Your role will also be crucial in on boarding clients internally, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting annual filing and billing processes.
Profile
A successful Interim Company Commercial Solicitor should have:
- We're seeking a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor
- A minimum of 5 years experience in company law
- You should possess high-level technical skills, commercial awareness, and strong drafting abilities
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of managing their workload, and have a friendly, professional demeanour with a desire for continuous improvement
