Accounts Receivable Administrator

Morgan McKinley, Northern Home Counties is proud to be supporting a leading manufacturing business in Northamptonshire. Our client is looking for someone to support the business in the Accounts Receivable team for a minimum of 6 months.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with statement reconciliations and support AR operations during the system changeover.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth AR processes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
  • Support the implementation and troubleshooting of the new Microsoft Dynamics system.

Person Specification:

  • Excel Proficient: Strong skills in Excel are essential.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Open-Minded & Positive Attitude: Willing to troubleshoot and adapt during a huge change.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and ready to support the team during transitions.
  • Service-Oriented Experience: Prior experience in a service-oriented team is preferred.
  • Export Credit Controller Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with credit risk assessment, client negotiations, reporting credit KPIs, and supporting trade finance solutions is a plus.

This is a hybrid role with a competitive hourly pay.
