We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Systems Co-ordinator to join our team at our Workington Mill. Joining us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary and become part of our welcoming team.

Holmen Board & Paper is a Swedish company and a member of the Holmen Group. The Workington Mill produces premium paperboard under the brand Incada. Our paperboard is an integral part of the shopping experience for our clients' customers. Since 2013 we have powered the mill almost entirely by fossil fuel free energy. We value our employees and products highly. Today we are approximately 340 co-workers. Our integrated pulp and paperboard mill is located to the west of the beautiful Lake District in the north of England.

Your future challenge:

A new opportunity has arisen for a Management Systems Co-ordinator who will manage and develop the Company ISO Systems – 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 50001 and the FSC – Chain of Custody.

As our Management Systems Co-ordinator, you will lead and co-ordinate the audit programme (internal and external) for all management systems. The aim is to ensure continuous improvement in support of all aspects of the business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage and develop the Company ISO Systems, co-ordinating external and internal audits and providing facilitation and auditing services to all departments within the Mill.
  • Co-ordinate the provision of training for internal auditors and any other Management Systems related courses.
  • Administer, manage and improve the electronic database that supports ISO Systems.

The successful Management Systems Co-ordinator will have:

  • An education to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent.
  • A Lead Auditor qualification.
  • Proven competence and be fully conversant in the administration, design, control and application of modern quality, environment and health and safety management systems.
  • Capability of working with high confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ability to represent the Company formally and informally with customers and external groups.
