  • Brand Awareness: Serve as the ambassador for us, increasing brand visibility through social media campaigns, PR activities, industry conferences, and networking events. Your efforts will position us as a leader in the medical diagnostics space.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide dedicated support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will collaborate closely with Development Project Managers to maintain strong client satisfaction and retention, building trust and credibility over the long term.
  • Innovation and Fundraising: Contribute to business planning, fundraising, and grant applications. Identify new product technologies or partnership opportunities, aligning innovative solutions with market demands.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to understand project requirements, regulatory processes, and timelines. As a subject matter expert, you will facilitate seamless project execution and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed of industry trends and market activities within the IVD, Pharma, and related sectors. Your insights will guide decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the IVD and medical diagnostics industries, with a strong willingness to learn and leverage our capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain trust and respect across academic, tech transfer, and B2B environments.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and multitasking effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
  • ESSENTIAL: Successful candidates must hold a PhD in Biosciences or related field.
  • Industrial research or commercial experience, though not essential. A comprehensive training program will be provided to develop your commercial and sales skills. The ideal candidate will be a postgraduate passionate about life sciences, with a clear focus on a career in industry and management.
