Reed Accountancy are currently exclusively partnered with a specialist commercial clearance business as they seek an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role is a permanent, fully office-based role working 9am to 5pm within a team of two, this being the third.
The business has grown considerably over the past 20 years' operating across the UK and committing to a quality service to their customers. Due to growth in the team, they are now seeking an experienced candidate seeking their next opportunity to work within a varied accounts and admin role.
Duties for this role include
- Accounts Payable invoicing
- Sales ledger invoicing
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly credit control duties via phone and email
- Payroll - bi-weekly and monthly for circa 25 employees
- Administration duties including scanning and data entry onto spreadsheets
- Preparing quotes for senior management
- Supporting with Health and Safety administration
Knowledge of Xero would be advantageous however experience working within payroll is essential. The role is best suited to a candidate who is looking for a varied role and comfortable working in a small team.
Due to the office location you will need to be a driver as the office is not based close to public transport links. The office offers ample parking.
