Role: Recruitment consultant- Education
Location: Nottingham- NG1 7AR
Salary: £26k - 38k per year plus uncapped commission
Working Hours: Office based- Term time- 07:30am-4:30 - 5:30pm

The roll of a Recruitment Consultant:
- Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities
- Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
- Attending client meetings/school visits
- Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them
- Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale
- Building a pipeline of candidates such as Teachers and Teaching Assistants to ensure you can react quickly to your client's needs
- Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships
- Keeping up to date with news and changes to legislation in the education industry
- Reviewing your performance to continually improve
As a Recruitment Consultant you need to be adaptable on a day-to-day basis as no two days are the same. - Realistic year one OTE of £38,000 (based off a starting salary of 26k) with potential to exceed this

The Successful candidate will have:
- Previous sales experience or worked in a target and KPI focused role
- Worked towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Drive, determination and motivation
- Confident, positive and resilient personality
- Passion within their job role
