The Role
- Manage a caseload of Fast track RTA cases through all stages of the investigation and litigation process
- It is essential that you the successful candidate is a qualified solicitor or is qualified by experience, CILEX and other experienced candidates should not be put off from applying
- Utilise your litigation experience to negotiate appropriate settlements
- Requires a solid working knowledge of the CPR, legislation, and relevant case law
