Role Overview: As a Researcher in our Post Submission Monitoring team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our due diligence reports. You will manage client enquiries, conduct thorough open-source research, and continuously monitor applicants to ensure compliance and accuracy. This position offers a dynamic and challenging environment where your skills will be put to the test daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post Submission Monitoring: Diligently track and respond to client enquiries, updating reports based on verified information and findings.
- Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between clients, in-house verification teams, and international providers to ensure seamless communication and accurate updates.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Assist in the continuous review of applicants, conducting research and escalating findings as necessary.
