PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR

A social science specialist university in the heart of London is looking for a Programme Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis!

This role is for an industry leading university that is in over 40 countries supporting well over 10,000 globally. This university has had Nobel Prize winners and world leader alumni. Join a dynamic team during a pivotal time of programme development and growth.

You will play a very important part in the team ensuring the exams that take place in October run smoothly and the assessment is fit for purpose. You will be liaising with internal stakeholders, scheduling meetings and managing a very busy inbox. You will also provide assistant support to the department director managing diaries, and scheduling meeting as well as some travel coordination.

PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Assisting the Assessment Manager and Assessment Officer in managing and evolving the assessment model for various programmes
  • Providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operation and growth of assessment activities
  • Contributing to the success of the programmes during a period of expansion and diversification
  • Supporting the Assessment Manager and Assessment Officer with day-to-day administrative tasks related to assessments
  • Helping coordinate and manage assessment activities and processes
  • Facilitating the implementation and enhancement of assessment models
  • Offering administrative assistance to the LSE University of London Programmes team as needed
  • Contributing to broader team efforts and collaborate on various projects to ensure seamless programme delivery
  • Engaging in a range of tasks that support both core responsibilities and broader team objectives

PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:

  • Minimum of one year of diary management and a further year of admin/ coordination experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong excel experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Data focused decision making personality
