We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Lecturer to join our Further Education (FE) institution. Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and interactive business courses to a diverse group of learners, including adults and young people.
- Create and adapt course materials to align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Provide guidance and support to students, aiding them in achieving their academic and professional goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the overall learning experience and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A strong background in business studies or a related field, demonstrating subject expertise.
- Working towards or possession of a teaching qualification; industry experience is highly valued.
- Level 2 proficiency in both maths and English.
- Practical skills and industry experience gained through a career in business or related sectors.
- A commitment to inspiring and motivating learners, with a passion for education.
