Working with a FTSE listed international group to recruit a tax manager or senior manager to join their team in Central London.
You will be responsible for all aspects of corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax governance and some VAT.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee UK and international tax obligations
- Maintain group's transfer pricing policy
- Ad hoc tax advisory
- Manage the Group's VAT affairs
- Maintain the firm's tax governance and risk frameworks
- Assist the group tax provisioning calculations and responsibilities
