Our client, an exciting and well known retail and e-commerce brand are looking to hire a Finance Assistant to join them!
ROLE: Finance Assistant
SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
WHERE: West London
WHEN: Monday - Thursday in office, Fridays WFH!
DUTIES:
- Maintain accurate financial records correctly and efficiently
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices
- Reconcile bank, vendor and customer accounts
- Chase invoices accordingly
- Prepare and process payments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Full administrative duties for team
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors and customers
WHAT'S NEEDED:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AP/AR
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software
