We are seeking a dedicated HR Shared Services Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide timely and accurate HR administration across the Group, ensuring ‘right first time' service, exemplary customer service, and adherence to SLAs. This role reports to the HR Shared Services Team Leader and does not have direct reports.

Day to day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative service across all HR processes, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the Resourcing Team to produce accurate contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation within SLA timeframes.
  • Partner with HR Advisors and HR Business Partners to produce necessary HR correspondence and documentation for employees.
  • Offer effective and timely first-line response to telephone and electronic queries, ensuring excellent customer service and resolution.
  • Conduct auditing, data cleansing, and generate management information reports to maintain accuracy of data in the HR system.
  • Manage data and documentation for various employee lifecycle processes such as sickness, maternity/paternity, contractual changes, and leaver procedures.
  • Advise employees and managers on the HR Information System, resolving or aiding the resolution of system-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four GCSEs, or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of using an HR Information System.
  • Good knowledge of confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and Service Level Agreements while ensuring process compliance.
  • Proficient with databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of data protection, including GDPR.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when using databases and compiling documents.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good initiative to manage own workload and solve problems.
  • Positive, can-do attitude to ensure high levels of customer service.

Desirable:

  • A Levels or equivalent.
  • CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Practice or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in HR.
