Total Reward Experience & Risk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Reward Experience and Risk Management Specialist to join a great team at the forefront of an exciting period of growth and change. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading total reward priorities, and in identifying and delivering the educational and engagement initiatives which ensure an outstanding total reward experience, supporting both colleagues and strategic business aspirations.

While operating at a developed level of conceptual thinking, you will help guide the business through change and risk management, ensuring that total reward practices are future proofed, customer-centric and underpin increased business performance.

Key Duties:

  • Accountable for bringing insights from external vendors, CoE colleagues together with the unit/corporate HR Teams and other CoEs to identify opportunities to improve and shift the Total Reward Experience? by enhancing the effectiveness of Total Reward.
  • Accountable for leading the development of customer-centric, data-led benefit initiatives which deliver appropriate outcomes for colleagues.
  • With strategic partnering colleagues, identify critical opportunities to educate colleagues?, managing and delivering education and engagement programmes throughout the performance cycle.
  • Partners with L&D team to build a Total Reward learning journey which is integrated throughout business activities (with a L&D mindset)?.
  • As the Reward CoE subject matter expert in one or more areas of total reward, leads continual upskilling across HR and the business by bringing external perspectives and ingraining best practice to increase the impact of total reward on organizational performance.
  • Accountable for ensuring the Reward CoE have the critical tools and capabilities to deliver Total Reward education and training. ?
  • As a benefits expert, is accountable for ensuring that appropriate governance is in place to manage tasks and issues within Total Reward.
  • Acts as advisor to the business to deliver compliant and evolving flexible benefit offerings.

Experience:

  • Proven experience of leading effective change across all elements of total reward (including recognition) and performance within disruptive business environments.
  • Expertise developed through delivery across Total Reward, focused on Benefits delivery and design with the ability to deliver high impact education and learning to demonstrably improve total reward experience and understanding.
  • Experience of relationship building and influencing stakeholders at all levels within a global organisation in at least two different sectors.
  • Experience of managing benefit plans with accountability for risk management, reporting, identifying operational improvements and people risks.
  • Experience of establishing strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business, as well as ensuring that the pension elements of the total reward approaches align with the organisation's strategic goals and governance structure.
